Refund Policy

For all programs, Prime Hockey offers partial refunds prior to the start of the program, subject to a $25 administrative fee. Once a program has started, no refunds will be issued, with the exception of the ball hockey program.

For the ball hockey program, once the season has begun, players may withdraw and receive a partial refund of $125, provided the request is made before the player’s fourth scheduled session. No refunds will be granted after the fourth scheduled session. A player’s attendance or absence during the first four sessions does not affect eligibility, as these sessions will still count toward the four-session limit.
