Prime Hockey’s ball hockey program offers a fast-paced, skill-focused environment designed to accelerate player development and elevate performance. Games are played on reduced playing surfaces to increase pace, intensity, and engagement, while smaller teams of 10–13 players (including a goalie) ensure more involvement. This format promotes quick decision-making, teamwork, and continuous play. With more touches on the ball and frequent game repetitions, players develop stronger ball control, passing, shooting, and spatial awareness. The high-tempo nature of the game also builds agility, conditioning, and hockey IQ, creating a fun, competitive, and development-driven experience.
