Prime Hockey is proud to offer an exclusive off-ice training program for young athletes in Southeast New Brunswick.
Our mission goes beyond preparing athletes for the upcoming season; we're committed to guiding each individual towards long-term development, focusing on enhancing agility, strength, and overall athleticism.
Our training sessions not only introduce athletes to proper techniques to prevent injuries but also provide a platform for personal growth and goal achievement. Athletes will engage in a variety of exercises carefully curated to challenge them physically and mentally, fostering self-motivation and determination.
Throughout the summer, our priority is to create a positive and enjoyable atmosphere where athletes can thrive and enjoy their training experience. Join us at Prime Hockey for an off-ice training program that prioritizes not just immediate success, but the holistic development of each athlete. Let's embark on this journey together, towards achieving both short-term goals and long-term excellence.
The sessions will be held at the outdoor track at L-J.-R High School in Shediac. However, if weather conditions don't permit outdoor activities, alternative arrangements will be made to relocate or reschedule the session.
